An Afghan boy petitions a U.S. Marine Lance Corporal, a rifleman with 3rd Platoon, India Company, 3rd Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment (who is a 21-year-old native of Brookings, Oregon), for candy after receiving a water bottle from another Marine during a security patrol in Garmsir, Afghanistan.
