A U.S. Marine Corps CH-53D Sea Stallion of Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron 362, prepares for an early morning mission aboard Camp Bastion, Helmand province, Afghanistan.

HMH-362 operated the D-models, which have seen been deactivated and replaced by the MV-22B Osprey and CH-53K Super Stallion.
