Yellowstone Bison (Photography)

A buffalo, or American bison, strikes a nonchalant pose on a snow-covered road in the northernmost Wyoming reaches of Yellowstone National Park.

The bison are comfortable with humans, perhaps too comfortable, as reckless visitors can and do sometimes get attacked after coming too close to, and even trying to snap "selfie" photographs of, these wild animals.
