REPLACEMENTS, REFUNDS, RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Replacements
We guarantee the quality and workmanship of our products. In the unlikely event we send you an incorrect item or you receive a damaged or inferior product, we will promptly replace the item free-of-charge. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of the damaged item, shipping box and packaging. Please note: Replacements must be for the same item purchased.
Returns & Refunds
If you change your mind once your art or photography order is received, you may return the undamaged item in its original packaging and box for a full refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order to receive a return authorization number and return shipping address. You then have an additional 14 days after return approval to ship the item to our return address. Refunds are issued upon receipt of the returned, undamaged item. Please Note: Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
IMPORTANT: Framed canvas prints are custom orders. Custom orders cannot be returned and are not refundable. (Of course, if your custom framed canvas print order arrives damaged please contact us for a replacement free-of-charge.)
Order Cancellations & Changes
As all art & photography items go into production upon order, once an item is ordered, we cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel or change it. If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us immediately. If production has not yet commenced, we will do our best to honor your request - however, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has gone into production.
PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS. DELIVERY ADDRESSES CANNOT BE CHANGED ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PROCESSED AND IN PRODUCTION TO SHIP. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ORDERS DELIVERED TO AN INCORRECT ADDRESS IF IT MATCHES THE ADDRESS ON THE CUSTOMER'S ORDER. WE ARE UNABLE TO REFUND OR REPLACE ORDERS DUE TO A CUSTOMER PROVIDING AN INCORRECT ADDRESS. If you provided an incorrect delivery address and your order has been shipped, you can use the tracking number we provide to contact the shipping service (FedEx or UPS) or update delivery instructions on their website to request the package be held for pickup at their local warehouse. To collect your delivery, you will need to provide proof of your identity and the incorrect delivery address you used.
