We guarantee the quality and workmanship of our products. In the unlikely event we send you an incorrect item or you receive a damaged or inferior product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We promise to make the order right with a replacement or repair.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Most items are custom made-to-order and, therefore, are not returnable or refundable.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

As items go into production upon order, once an item is ordered, we cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel or change it. If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us immediately. If production has not yet commenced, we will do our best to honor your request - however, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has gone into production.
