PRODUCTION, PACKAGING, SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Free Shipping

All orders include free shipping via FedEx or UPS ground service to addresses within the contiguous United States. (We do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or International addresses.)

Canvas Prints and Framed Canvases are carefully wrapped and secured in a flat box for shipping. They are fully assembled and ready-to-hang or display.

Fine Art Poster Prints are shipped rolled in a mailing tube, and can easily be flattened (prints 8"x10" and smaller are shipped flat.) They are ready-to-frame.

Production & Delivery Time

We use a professional production house to print, frame, and package our art & photography. All wall art is manufactured and printed in the United States. Items ship from California or Kentucky.

Production Time: 3 to 6 business days (Monday through Friday)
Delivery Time: 2 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday)

Most items are delivered within 7 to 14 days from the date of order.

Please note: Delivery times may be extended during the holiday season.

PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS. DELIVERY ADDRESSES CANNOT BE CHANGED ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PROCESSED AND IN PRODUCTION TO SHIP. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ORDERS DELIVERED TO AN INCORRECT ADDRESS IF IT MATCHES THE ADDRESS ON THE CUSTOMER'S ORDER. WE ARE UNABLE TO REFUND OR REPLACE ORDERS DUE TO A CUSTOMER PROVIDING AN INCORRECT ADDRESS. If you provided an incorrect delivery address and your order has been shipped, you can use the tracking number we provide to contact the shipping service (FedEx or UPS) or update delivery instructions on their website to request the package be held for pickup at their local warehouse. To collect your delivery, you will need to provide proof of your identity and the incorrect delivery address you used.
