Optional Frames

The canvas is hand-stretched over 1.5" solid wood stretcher bars, then attached to a wood floater frame, with a pre-installed hanging wire. The frame adds approximately one additional inch to the total artwork size (for example a 36"x24" print with a frame would be 37"x25"). Caring For Your Art Block: Your Art Block should only need occasional gentle dusting with a non-abrasive cloth. To remove any dirt or streaks, use a small amount of mild soap with water and rub gently with a clean, soft cloth. Follow up with a clean, damp cloth and dry by blotting with a soft cloth. Never use any products that contain ammonia or alcohol as they will damage the art block. Novus #1 Cleaner can be used for cleaning your Art Block to a beautiful glossy shine. PLEASE NOTE: Do not use paper towels or other rough material on your Art Block. Never get the back of your Art Block wet.

Easy Steps to Download & Print Your Digital Art

1. Download the pdf document from the email link sent to you (if you do not receive the email within 24 hours, check your spam folder and contact us for assistance). 

2. Open the pdf document and click on the "Click Here" link to access the folder with the artwork file(s).

3. The link will open a folder in Google drive. Click the download arrow icon in the upper right corner of the screen to download the file to your computer or device. (You may need to double click the .zip file to open the folder on your computer or device, once it has been downloaded.)

4. Select an online printer and upload the artwork to be printed in the medium and size of your choice.

Printing Tips & Recommendations

While you may choose to print the artwork on your own printer, we recommend using a professional printer for best results.

Our digital files are color calibrated - when ordering prints, we recommend you DO NOT select color correction.

Free Shipping

All orders include free shipping to addresses within the contiguous United States. (We do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or International addresses.)

All artwork is carefully wrapped and packed, and shipped in a flat box, fully assembled and ready-to-hang or display.

Production & Delivery Time

Most items are custom made-to-order. Once your order is received, we immediately begin production to create the item specifically for you.

Production Time: 3 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday)
Delivery Time: 2 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday)

Most items are delivered within 7 to 14 days from the date of order.

Please note: Delivery times may be extended during the holiday season.

Replacements

We guarantee the quality and workmanship of our products. In the unlikely event we send you an incorrect item or you receive a damaged or inferior product, we will promptly replace the item free-of-charge. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of the damaged item, shipping box and packaging. Please note: Replacements must be for the same item purchased.

Returns & Refunds

If you change your mind once your art or photography order is received, you may return the undamaged item in its original packaging and box for a full refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order to receive a return authorization number and return shipping address. You then have an additional 14 days after return approval to ship the item to our return address. Refunds are issued upon receipt of the returned, undamaged item. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE: Framed prints are custom orders. Custom orders cannot be returned and are not refundable. (If your custom framed canvas print order arrives damaged please contact us for a replacement free-of-charge.)

Digital Download Art is not returnable and is non-refundable.

Order Cancellations & Changes

As all art & photography items go into production upon order, once an item is ordered, we cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel or change it. If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us immediately. If production has not yet commenced, we will do our best to honor your request - however, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has gone into production.
