Caring For Your Art Block: Your Art Block should only need occasional gentle dusting with a non-abrasive cloth. To remove any dirt or streaks, use a small amount of mild soap with water and rub gently with a clean, soft cloth. Follow up with a clean, damp cloth and dry by blotting with a soft cloth. Never use any products that contain ammonia or alcohol as they will damage the art block. Novus #1 Cleaner can be used for cleaning your Art Block to a beautiful glossy shine. PLEASE NOTE: Do not use paper towels or other rough material on your Art Block. Never get the back of your Art Block wet.

Easy Steps to Download & Print Your Digital Art

1. Download the pdf document from the email link sent to you (if you do not receive the email within 24 hours, check your spam folder and contact us for assistance). If you placed your order via Etsy, you can also download the pdf from the "Purchases" section of your Etsy account (look for the download icon next to the purchase).

2. Open the pdf document and click on the "Click Here" link to access the folder with the artwork file(s).

3. The link will open a folder in Google drive. Click the download arrow icon in the upper right corner of the screen to download the file to your computer or device. (You may need to double click the .zip file to open the folder on your computer or device, once it has been downloaded.)

4. Select an online printer and upload the artwork to be printed in the medium and size of your choice.

Printing Tips & Recommendations

While you may choose to print the artwork on your own printer, we recommend using a professional printer for best results.

Our digital files are color calibrated - when ordering prints, we recommend you DO NOT select color correction.
